Chairman Lavun Community Radio Establishment Committee, Participated in research and Planning workshop and process for Radio Jama’azhi (Lavun Community Radio), World Bank Support, 5th – 27th, January, 2009 at Kutigi, Jippan, Rugga and Shebe Communities Niger State. He is the Station Manager and Secretary Board of Trustee Lavun Community Radio, Kutigi, Niger State.

Mustapha Ahmed is a media professional and a practicing journalist mostly interested in investigative and community reporting. He has been practicing since school days (Campus Journalism) at Niger State polytechnic. He is Unit Head of Production, Lavun Community Radio 95.5fm and a reporter and Station’s Focal/Contact Person. He's equally a Staff of Niger State Agricultural and Mechanization Development Agency as Chief Agricultural Superintendent. He Work with Niger State REB 1978--1981, Attended Kaduna Polytechnic Where He has Diploma in Electrucal Engineering He served with Niger State Ministry of Education/AME, Retired in the year 2018 as Chief Technical Officer, and Presently the Technical Officer LCR Kutigi. Hauwa Yunusa is a native of Kutigi, Lavun Local Government, Niger State. She is a Science Laboratory technician, passionate about community advocacy and women mobilization. Hauwa is an On Air Presenter and a News Caster. Hauwa is equally a producer of women and health programs.

Born in Kutigi, Niger State on 15th February, 1958, attended Junior and Senior Pri. Sch, Kutigi between 1963 - 1969, Government Teachers' College Lapai and Doko from 1973 - 1978. He was employed as Primary School Teacher and later transferred to Lavun LGA as Information Officer Lavun Local Government till He retired. Mohammed Ndakwama obtained Diploma in Local Government Administration in 1987 from ABU, Zaria. Other certificates obtained includes; - Diploma in Journalism from Institute of Journalism, Jos, Plateau State. - Advance Diploma Public Administration *(ADPA)* Niger State Polytechnic, Bida Campus *etc.* He is Presently, The Program Manager Lavun Community Radio, Kutigi since 2013 to date

Born in the year 1989, schooled within Niger and Borno States, Nigeria, including famous University of Maiduguri. Attended workshops and events, both within and outside my State of origin of Niger State. Mohammed effectively works in a team and brings different skills and expertise to bear in optimizing team performance towards achieving or exceeding organisational goals of Lavun Community Radio (LCR), Kutigi, Niger State (First Community Radio in Nigeria). Also, his flair in designing, adapting, and applying participatory tools and exercises has increased success in understanding and facilitating sustainable solutions to complex and sensitive organizational and community challenges and problems.
